Flax seeds are organic and tiny so if it so happens that little teeth chew through the durable hemp, don't worry!! Flax seeds are healthy (omega 3s!) and therefore wonderful if swallowed:O) Surface wash when necessary, DO NOT SOAK--this may cause seeds to sprout!! Line dry in sunshine to rid of bacteria naturally!!
